The Drawing Room, at 6.5 by 7.5 meters, is a versatile space for groups of 10 to 35, perfect for meetings and small gatherings. Its adaptable layout can also accommodate up to 45 for workshops, ensuring a comfortable environment for various events.

The CEW Bean Room, measuring 7.5m x 6m, is conveniently located at the front of the Homestead. It accommodates 10 to 30 people comfortably, or up to 50 in theatre style. Once used by Dr. CEW Bean, a World War I correspondent, this historic room offers a unique touch for meetings, workshops, or intimate gatherings, blending history with functionality

Located at the front of the Homestead, this space offers easy access to the front door, as well as the Sun Room and gardens. It comfortably seats around eight at the table but can be reconfigured to suit your specific needs.

Also known as the Middle Room, this versatile space offers easy access to the Sun Room and gardens, ideal for breakout sessions or meals. It comfortably seats eight guests for intimate discussions or smaller group activities, enhancing your workshop or meeting with a refreshing change of scenery.

The Sun Room at the Homestead is a charming venue ideal for sit-down gatherings of approximately 40 guests. With its elegant design and French doors that open onto stunning gardens, it creates a delightful indoor-outdoor experience. Guests can enjoy the beauty of nature while working in an inviting space, allowing everyone’s talents to shine.

The outdoor café-style area faces north and, along with various other outdoor settings throughout the garden, offers a beautiful backdrop for events. This versatile space can accommodate up to 280 guests for a cocktail-style gathering or approximately 120 guests for a sit-down meal. With its inviting atmosphere and stunning surroundings, it’s perfect for breakouts, receptions areas or any large celebration or work practices.

For a casual or formal setting, consider The Shed, accommodating up to 170 in café style with heaters and a fire pit for warmth. It can also be arranged in theatre style for presentations, seating around 150 guests. This versatile venue is perfect for various events, offering comfort and a welcoming ambiance.

The School House, nestled within the gardens of the Homestead near THEShed, provides a secluded and tranquil escape. With seating for up to eight guests, it offers plenty of natural light, making it an ideal space for reflection and focused thought. This serene environment is perfect for intimate meetings, brainstorming sessions, or personal retreats, allowing you to clear your mind and find inspiration away from distractions.
